We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please find the timeline for the day below. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:30 PM for a prompt 3:00 PM ceremony start.

2:15 PM - Guest Arrival to Chapel

3:00 PM - Ceremony Commence

3:45 PM - Ceremony Conclusion

4:00 PM - Canapes & Drinks at the Lawn Bar

5:30 PM - Reception in the Pavillion

8:00 PM - Drink Heavily

10:00 PM - Conclusion

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we would like to share some important travel details for the wedding day.

  • Entry: Please enter through the first gate. Signage will guide you.
  • Parking: The venue’s car park will be closed on the wedding day to allow for more photo opportunities. Limited street parking is available, and there is a public car park next to Merrimac Primary School on Boowaggan Road, approximately 600m from the venue. Public Car Park
  • Carpooling & Public Transport: We recommend carpooling to reduce congestion. With the venue’s close proximity to Broadbeach, there are plenty of transport options, including Ubers and Taxis.
  • Accessibility: The venue is fully accessible, with a buggy available for guests with mobility issues. Please let us know in advance if you or a guest require mobility assistance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

We recommend staying in Broadbeach due to the distance to the venue and accommodation options.

The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Oracle Broadbeach.

Cocktail Attire

Our wedding will have a cocktail attire dress code. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or a sports jacket with dress shirt. Ladies, a cocktail dress or dressy seperates are great.

Also ladies, flat heels will be best for the lawn!

Recovery

The big day is over, but the celebration isn’t quite done yet!

Join us for a relaxed get-together at Kurrawa Surf Club on 1st August 2025, from 12pm onwards.

We’ll be raising a glass, sharing a few stories, and soaking up the good vibes. Kids and families are more than welcome, so feel free to bring everyone along. We'd love to have you there to continue the fun!
